Location: 100% remote (Flexible hours)

About the Opportunity:

As an Interview Specialist at Wegrowup, you'll play a crucial role in helping professionals navigate the challenging process of remote job interviews. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding candidates through critical conversations and ensuring they're presented accurately and compellingly to potential employers.

We are building a community of skilled specialists who enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, setting their own pace, and contributing meaningfully to people’s career success. You don't need to be a technical expert, but having familiarity with technologies like Java, Python, Angular, React, C++, or cloud services such as AWS is definitely a plus.

What You'll Do:

• Guide candidates through remote interviews, clearly and confidently communicating their qualifications and experience.

• Collaborate closely with dedicated teams to understand client requirements and support candidate preparation.

• Provide valuable insights to candidates, improving their interview skills and confidence.

You'll Thrive Here If You Are:

• An excellent communicator (English fluency), confident and professional.

• 5+ years of software development experience is a must.

• Organized and dependable, with a strong sense of professionalism.

• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.

• Interested in technology and familiar with common remote-work tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams, etc.)
